Grim 与 grin(露齿而笑、咧着嘴笑)形似,但意思却截然相反,形容人时表示“严肃的、坚定的、阴冷的”,强调看起来或者听起来十分严肃,比如:
- 她脸上带有的坚定不移的神态

平时笑呵呵的人突然变得严肃起来,要么发生了什么“令人不快的、令人沮丧的”事情,要么局势到了“严峻的、严重的”时刻,比如:
