7月26日晚，社交电商平台“拼多多”在美国纳斯达克正式上市交易，股票代码为PDD。此次拼多多IPO，同时在上海、纽约两地敲钟，这在纳斯达克历史上尚属首次。拼多多的创始人、董事长兼CEO黄峥用英文在上海发表了上市致辞，以下为全程视频及致辞全文：

For Pinduoduo, it's our 300,000,000 consumers and their families who brought us here, going forward, our consumer base will continue to grow no matter where theere is our consumers create value was always be our goal and focus, all along, we have been dedicated for enabling our consumers and their families to enjoy the convinience of mobile internet, to satisfy their needs, and at the same time, to have a happy shopping experience. This is exactly our new concept of new E-commerce.
Instead of focusing on products, we focus on better understanding of our users, instead of benefiting a small group of people, we serve the general public.
